248 Pape already a great bike score, but it’s likely to get close to 100 with the recent addition of the divided Dundas Bike lane and the new Bike Share station at Carlaw/ Dundas (250m).

Transit:  Pape 72 which goes direct to Union (South) and Pape Station (North). Queen 501 (450m South), Carlton 506 (300m) North. Plus Carlaw and Gerrard is future home of major transit hub – GO Station and downtown relief line stop.
